My mouth is watering already, who doesn't love chocolate. This month is Valentine's Day and chocolates play a very big part in that celebration.
The history of chocolate has got to be related to the history of happiness of the human race, come on, nobody feels fed up when eating chocolate, it brings out the best in us.
For thousands of years, cacao beans have been enjoyed for their benefits. Originally, it was a bitter beverage but has now evolved into the chocolate we know and love.
Chocolate is used for many things, apart from sweets and chocolate bars, and chocolate ice cream and chocolate cake are a must-have. You can even ice a cake with chocolate icing, so sit back and enjoy this wonderful ingredient.
To celebrate today, you could buy a friend or co-worker a bar of chocolate, just as a small gift, and it would make their day.
