It’s Equinox Time

Today is the day when day equals night. Of the 24 hours in the day, there are twelve hours in the day and twelve in the night, to paraphrase Dave Allen from his wonderful “Learning To Tell The Time” monologue!

Up here, we are heading into traditional spring, while down under, it’s the start of autumn.

It’s lovely to have the sun back after a rather gloomy winter.
Also to see the colour return to the grass and the spring flowers popping up everywhere.
