🎶☀️ Summertime . . . And The Living Is Easy ☀️🎶

So, the longest day is here, the Summer Solstice, and by whatever method you use to calculate the seasons - meteorological using the whole months or astronomically using the solstices and equinoxes - we are now in summer!!
But summer keeps coming and going here at the moment. One day cool, the next too hot, and then back to cool again, but I know which I prefer!!

But with the longer days and the right weather, we could have lots of things planned.

Summer - the time for lazing about under a shady tree, eating sun-kissed strawberries, freshly picked!!

Maybe have a barbecue or a picnic.

The beach is always a great place to be in summer!!

Or just chilling in your own garden, listening to the birds singing and the bees buzzing!!

I am not one for the heat at all, but I do enjoy the sunshine.
Any of the above would suit me, weather and workload permitting!!

So, on this longest day of the year, let’s try to tempt the sunshine to show its face by sharing all things summery and solstice!!
